Check out Miss Marmalade in Brunswick (126 Union Street) which is the newest venture of the lovely VT and her hubby. I can vouch for the awesomeness of breakfast but am not a coffee drinker so I'll toss you to the experts who will vouch for the awesomeness of that!
Open 7 days a week and best of all, that awesome breakfast is of the all day variety.
